1. Agreement

By using this website, submitting a form, or requesting service from Tech RS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Services

Tech RS provides technology-related services that may include computer support, networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV/security camera setup, troubleshooting, consulting, and related installation or configuration work.

3. Estimates and Scope of Work

Any estimate, quote, or recommendation is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing and scope may change if site conditions, equipment needs, licensing requirements, customer requests, or third-party issues change.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your devices, network, property, and service needs.
• You must have authorization to request work on the equipment, network, account, or property involved.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service is performed.
• You are responsible for maintaining usernames, passwords, licenses, subscriptions, and third-party accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Third-Party Products and Services

Some services may involve third-party hardware, software, internet service providers, cloud platforms, camera systems, routers, applications, or subscriptions. Tech RS is not responsible for outages, defects, policy changes, fees, data loss, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

6. No Guarantee of Continuous Operation

Technology systems can fail or become unavailable due to hardware issues, software bugs, internet outages, power issues, user changes, manufacturer updates, security events, or other causes. Tech RS does not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech RS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, downtime, or loss of use. Any liability will be limited to the amount paid to Tech RS for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Website Content

Website content is provided for general information only. It may be changed or removed at any time without notice. The website does not create a service agreement unless Tech RS separately accepts the work.

9. Intellectual Property

The Tech RS name, logos, website design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Tech RS and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, interfere with website operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Tech RS may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
